MAPEK Engineering LLC was established with the goal of assisting customers not only with their engineering designs, but with streamlining the in-house engineering systems used to create and document those designs.

The founder, Martin Klein, is an experienced engineering professional with an extensive history of designing complex capital equipment for a broad spectrum of industries.  These include custom automation, plastics, medical device, semiconductor and solar.  Mr. Klein has designed, or overseen the design of, a plethora of capital equipment of varying complexity including simple test fixtures, fully automated CD production lines, material handling systems, and vacuum deposition systems for a variety of processes and substrates.

We also have extensive experience in setting up engineering organizations within various sized companies.  Defining and implementing engineering systems, best practices, product data management, and efficient engineering procedures are key to streamlining costs and lead times in any engineering organization.

In addition to our own in-house expertise, we work closely with an established network of industry professionals.  Their expertise includes single and multi-site data management, industrial machine control, contract manufacturing, and component fabrication.
